However we still offer an installation service due to the many requests from architects who favor this system due to their low viability.
Stainless steel posts are installed over the ledge at approximately 1.5 meter spaces with a small 1mm wire slightly tensioned between to prevent birds from landing. Springs are attached to wire to cushion the blow of the bird landing as well as disrupt what would normally by a suitable wire.
Were lead flashing occurs or locations that are unsuitable for drilling we have access to install stick on posts that we fix with Avifix silicone adhesive. This system is slightly weaker than the drilled posts so we would only recommend this for light pressure areas.
